Returns
Our Returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and/or with original tags etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

For health and safety and sanitary reasons - 
All ''Body Jewellery'' sales are strictly final, and can NOT be returned or exchanged at all - even if unused etc.

Gift Vouchers - can NOT be returned or exchanged for cash.

Items On Sale / Clearance - can NOT be returned or exchanged.
Only regular / full priced items may be returned or exchanged. 

There are certain situations where only partial store credit is granted.
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
And provide you with a Unique Store Credit ID Number/Code.

Store credit is non-transferable.

Online Error / Unavailable Items
We do our very best to keep everything to up to date and accurate on this site.
But on the very rare occasion we may have unknowingly sold out of an item you have ordered. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible,
to let you know, and if we can't come up with a solution, we will transfer the amount of the unavailable item back to you.

Sale / Clearance Items
Unfortunately items on sale / clearance, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only regular / full priced items may be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges 
We check all items thoroughly before they are sent out to you.
But in the very rare instance we only replace/exchange items if they are defective or faulty from the manufacture. 

If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size, send us an email at shop@gizmosrichmond.co.nz and we will see what we can do.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
